BB: What was the idea behind launching Stealeads?

SM: After the launch of ImbibEnglish, we observed that content marketing, alone as a service, is good. But the better is yet to come. Better is when it accompanies other digital marketing services like social media and SEO. And the best is when website design and development also gets involved in it. 

That’s how came into existence. We have observed that a major segment of the Indian market is still not aware of how to take business online or you can say how to monetize business using Social Media or Website. That’s how we came into picture. Our agenda is to provide the best-in-class Website Design and Development, Digital Marketing, Branding, Content Marketing and Identity Designing Services @ market standards.

BB: Please let us know more about Stealeads &  ImbibEnglish ?

SM: ImbibEnglish Services Pvt. Ltd. came into existence on 24 October 2018 with the aim of building a bridge between freelance content writers and entrepreneurs, companies and agencies. In the initial days, we were operating with 3 content editors and 150 content writers. At present, we are running with the largest content writer’s network – close to 9000 writers on Freelance, Part-time and Full-time writers.

Till now, we have served in Medical & Healthcare, Tourism, Information Technology, Education, e-commerce, Bollywood, Real Estate, Book Writing, Autobiography, Logistics, Finance, Automobiles, Research & Development, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

We help them communicate with the Target Audience using our best-in-class website designing & development skills and social media campaigns and branding.

SM: How do you see Stealeads &  ImbibEnglish in the next 2 years from now?

SM: ImbibEnglish – We have already marked our slight presence in the USA, UK, Australia, Canada and UAE. We are now looking forward to working towards marking a strong presence in these countries. We are also looking forward to adding 11000 more Content writers to our network in the next two years.

BB: Do you see any impact of COVID-19 on your business?

SM: Pre-covid, so many businesses are running offline and on cash. But Covid-19 and Lockdown worldwide taught them how to be in the mainstream of Digital India. Covid-19 gave us a chance to serve small businesses, individuals and those who were doing business offline and wanted to set up their businesses online to reduce the impact.

Yes, the spending capacity of the market has been reduced to some extent. But it’s a temporary phase and the market is recovering. All we have to do is keep patience, work on new ideas, and build a stronger marketing strategy to attract more clients. 

BB: Difference you have been observing pre & post covid time? 

SM: The coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic has resulted in changes to advertising, marketing, promotional and media spends, forcing businesses and brands to reevaluate their thinking about current and future advertising and marketing campaigns to maintain a steady stream of income. While brands currently seek to strike the right tone, similarly they look forward to curate communication with the current scenarios and trends that our potential TG could relate to. 

Even the smallest of the business is getting online with the use of different medium promotions. A lot of advertising agencies will be thinking more out of the box strategies to match the trend with the new normal scenario. Having that been said, a lot of normalisation is visible across the cities. To add, everyone has accepted the pros and consequences of this situation and have faith in moving forward with positive thinking and a better future.
