Tata Motors and Vetri Motors today inaugurated a 3S facility here in Madurai spread across an area of 4000 square meters, which will provide customers with a complete experience of sales, service and spares, all beneath one roof. This new facility will benefit the customers of Madurai, Dindigul, Theni & Virudhnagar districts of Tamil Nadu with the Tata Motors’ whole range of commercial vehicles.
Located strategically in Madurai and spread over 4,000 square meters on NH 7 bypass, the new 3S facility will have 8 workshop bays, along with 2 accident bays staffed by professionally trained technicians, with a capacity to handle about 30 vehicles a day.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ravi Pisharody, executive director, commercial vehicle business unit, Tata Motors Ltd, said: “At Tata Motors we are currently redesigning our network across the country, as part of our larger business plan, to improve our engagement and build stronger, lasting relationships with our customers. Our partnership with Vetri Motors is a step in that direction.”
